Part 1 Different Views

Generally most would think that when I use the term “all,” it refers to “All mankind,” and generally that would be true. However as will be covered later the term “all” can cover more than just the human race. Much later I will get into other things “all” covers, however for now the focus is on mankind, thus “All” meaning “all mankind.”

You may think that the answer to the question of “Will all be saved?” or “will all mankind be saved?” would be NO. This would be the answer if your a Christian or not a Christian. Furthermore most would think that Christians have only one point of view.

However there are TWO VIEWS..>>>

1: All will not be saved. The common view point, that a large majority of mankind will be lost forever.

2: All will be saved. That is the whole human race, All Mankind will be saved. {Note: Not are saved now}

What is the Destiny of Unbelievers?

The destiny of unbelievers is the main focus of this study. There are also different views on what happens to unbelievers. These views will be covered more later, I am just listing them first. This list has now been placed in the order of which I cover the views.

1: We have no idea what happens to unbelievers, it is unclear, we sit on the fence.

2: Universalism

This view holds that all human beings will be saved, no matter what they believe in.

3: Annihilation

All Unbelievers are destroyed forever. That’s right they are no more, the fire burns them up, they are gone for Good.

4: Hell/Lake of Fire

This popular view holds that all unbelievers end up in the lake of fire forever. Either being burned by fire forever, or just stuck there. Must hold the view that you will be burned by fire forever, keep alive, to suffer forever.

5: Christian Universalism

This is the view that all mankind will have salvation, get saved. It does not matter if your a believer or an unbeliever, all will have salvation. That All will be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ.

However it is very different to Universalism, in that Jesus Christ is the Saviour of All Mankind, and that with out him, no one would have salvation. Under Universalism Jesus Christ is not the Saviour, in fact he was not needed.

There are a number of different terms which can be used and are used to refer to “Christian Universalism.” Here are a few “Biblical Universal Reconciliation,” “Reconciliation of All,” “Restoration of All,” “Salvation of All Mankind.”

Notice only the people who hold the Universalism or Christian Universalism view, hold the view that all will be saved.

More views before we get started.

Free Will: Did you know that there is different views among Christians on the issue of free will? (Nether did I}

1: People have free will. This view is not usually held by people who believe in Universalism or Christian Universalism. But is usually held by those who believe in Hell/Lake of Fire or Annihilation

2: People do NOT have free will. This is usually hold by people who believe in Universalism or Christian Universalism

Can You only be saved before you die?

1: People can only be saved before they die. This view is not held by those who believe in Universalism or Christian Universalism.

2: People can be saved after they die. This view is held by all those who believe in Universalism and all those who believe in Christian Universalism. It is held by some who believe in Hell/Lake of Fire or Annihilation.

Age of Innocence

1: That there is an age of innocence, so if you die before a certain age, you will get to heaven. One second over that age, and you have to believe to get to heaven.

This view is not as far as I know Held by anyone who believes in Universalism or Christian Universalism. It is held by most of those who believe in Hell/Fire or Annihilation but not all.

2: That there is no age of innocence. This is view is held by those who believe in Universalism and those who believe in Christian Universalism.

However Universalism and Christian Universalism do differ, in that under Universalism it does not matter what you believe, no matter what you will be saved.

Under Christian Universalism you have to believe in Jesus Christ to be saved. However all will come to believe in Jesus Christ, so babies do get to heaven in the fullness of time.

The view that “there is no age of innocence” is also Held by some who believe in Hell/Fire. These people then have babies burning in fire forever. That is what they teach!
