Saving 13

The next sign I do not understand fully myself at this time, It has to do with saving 13. Back on the 4 October 2014 I brought a pair of shoes on sale for $91. The man said "if you have a dollar I can give you 10," meaning $10 as I had just given him $100. I did not have a dollar, thus he gave me $9 change. The full price of the shoes was $130. Total saved on the shoes was $39, the discount being 30%. The numbers 91 and 130 are multiples of 13, 7 x 13 = 91 and of course 10 X 13 = 130. Where does saving 13 come into it, I will get to that. Note $10 is ten percent of $100.

About three weeks later there was another sale on shoes, and this time the discount was 10% more, that is it was 40%. At the time the point was made that I could save $13, not of the full price of $130, but of the price I paid last time. Thus I would save an additional $13. I went to the same store on the 26 October 2014 and paid $78 for a pair of shoes, saving an additional $13. The total saving was $52. As you should be able to work out 78 is 6 times 13. Of course 10% of 130 is 13.

I went to the pharmacy on the 27 July 2015 getting pills and other medication. However she said I need approval for the inhaler, I could wait for approval and pay $2, or I could get it now for $100. Of course I wait for approval.

Reported in the paper on the same day, was the story of a man who on the 28 March, tried to use a fake 50 note at a museum in Wellington N.Z, however this did not work. later on the same day he used the fake $50 note at a KFC to get a meal and was give change. Then he went back to KFC and used another $50 of fake money to get another meal, totaling $100. I am not sure the connection.

Again I went to the Pharmacy on November 16 2015, and I save $13.10. That is the medication cost me nothing. Recall that the first time I went to the Pharmacy she said that the inhale would cost $100. The first pair of shoes I handed over $100 and the store person said if you have a dollar I will give you 10, being 10 dollars. On the second pair of shoes I saved an additional $13, which is ten percent of $130. Thus the ten cents could in indicate 10 percent.

On the 13 June 2015 I was watch the program called Frost, in the episode Frost, the main character, need a pair of shoes. He asked about the price of a pair of shoes, they were 130 pounds. He decided on a cheaper pair. The cost of sending someone to University was 12,000 pounds. As covered in an earlier entry $12000 was the cost of the table in my dream, and the transfers involving amounts of 12000, along with the 12000 for a tribe. I will not be covering all that again in this entry. Refer to this entry: Watch Date For Outpouring & Open Door: May 22 2016

I have also seen the car number plate 13 113. If one takes 13 of 113 you get 100. Other than that I do not know.

In the earlier entry I mentioned the fact that every 13 weeks I get a hair cut for $13. I am not sure how it connects with saving 13. However the last time I went on February 3 2016 I was shown that it does connect somehow. At the time of paying I did drop a 10 cent coin on the floor, which I picked up. That is I paid $13 and dropped 10 cents, at the pharmacy I saved $13 and 10 cents.

The indication seems to be that I save 13, which is ten percent of 130. If I take 13 of 130 I get 117. But how do apply this number and to what? For that matter is it 117, or some other number?
