Churches are Blocking Out the Light

All most all churches are blocking out the true light of Jesus Christ, and of God. They are like a sunscreen, blocking out the light that comes form Jesus and God. Sunscreen products are promoted as protecting us from the harmful rays of the sun, which according to those promoting these products causes cancer.

However exposure to the sun produces vitamin D, which is good for you. If you use a lot of sunscreen you block out the sun and the vitamin is not produced. You can of course get it from other sources, but the point is you are blocking out a natural way of getting the vitamin. What did people do before sunscreen? They did not hide themselves away, people have survived for thousands of years without sunscreen. Why do we need it now? Plants need light for photosynthesis. Reptiles need the sunlight to warm their bodies before they can get going. Animals eat plants and/or other animals that have eaten plants.

The question then is what are all these products in the sunscreen doing to our bodies? They do get into our bodies through our skin, no matter what the makes of the products say. Just think about patches? How do they work? The stuff in the patch gets absorbed by the skin, going in to the body. These chemicals in sunscreen products are often toxic to our bodies.

There is another form of light, than physical light, that is the light that comes form God and Jesus.

1John 1:5 And this is the message which we have heard from Him and are informing you, that God is light, and darkness in Him there is none." {CLV}

God is light.

John 8:12 Again, then, Jesus speaks to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world. He who is following Me should under no circumstances be walking in darkness, but will be having the light of life." {CLV}

Jesus is the Light of the world.

However most churches acted like a sunscreen, in that they block out the true light. They promoted their own weak false god, and a weak son. For their god can only save a few, unlike the real living God, who will have all mankind saved. For more on their weak god refer to the entry: “The Weak False god or the Real Living God”

Hiding the true God and His Son form the church goers. Blocking out the true light that comes from God and His Son. These are the false teachers that are prophesized to come in the scriptures.

2 Peter 2:1-3 Yet there came to be false prophets also among the people, as among you also there will be false teachers who will be smuggling in destructive sects, even disowning the Owner Who buys them, bringing on themselves swift destruction." And many will be following out their wantonness, because of whom the glory of the truth will be calumniated, and in greed, with suave words, they will traffic in you, whose judgment of old is not idling, and their destruction is not nodding." {CLV}

They have smuggled in destructive sects. The glory of the truth has been be calumniated, that is it has been slandered. They have made false statements about the Saviour Jesus Christ and about the salvation.

However one also has to release that many of these false teachers are blind, they do not know they are false teachers. It is not that they are physically blind, it is that they are spiritual blind. They are blind, which means the church goers are also blind.

They produce their own toxic chemicals in the form of books, sermons, articles, etc. These help promote their vision of their god, that they worship. Like a mega corporation selling their toxic products to the masses.

Believers in Jesus Christ are the light:

Matthew 5:14 You are the light of the world….{CLV}

Only those who are exposed to the true light, will themselves be the light of the world.

1John 1:5-7 And this is the message which we have heard from Him and are informing you, that God is light, and darkness in Him there is none." If we should be saying that we are having fellowship with Him and should be walking in darkness, we are lying and are not doing the truth." Yet if we should be walking in the light as He is in the light, we are having fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, is cleansing us from every sin." {CLV}

Unbeknown to the church goes the true light is being blocked out. Thus they think that they are having fellowship with God, however they are walking in darkness, because they are being blocked from the light.

One day they will be exposed to the true light. For the light will come form the kingdom of the heavens, the new Jerusalem. Most of them will be in the surrounding nations on the new Earth. All those of the nations will be exposed to this light.

Revelation 21:23-24 And the city has no need of the sun nor of the moon, that they should be appearing in it, for the glory of God illuminates it, and its lamp is the Lambkin." And the nations shall be walking by means of its light, and the kings of the earth are carrying their glory into it." {CLV}
