The Lie of Conditional Love

Is God’s love conditional? While most churches would say no, they preach otherwise. The god that they preach will burn you in hell or annihilate you if you do not love him, this is conditional love.
They say that they teach a god of love, but where is the love? This is surely hate, their god is saying “if you don’t love me, I hate you!”. This goes against the message that Jesus brought to the world, which was one of Love.
To Love somebody you have to know them, if you don’t know them, how can you love them?
The message their preaching is like this:
Your father give you away when you where just born, when you turn 40 you find your father, then he says to you “if you don’t love me, I will put you in the basement, and keep you lock down there forever. This of course is a crime and if it did happen and the police find out, your father would be locked up, and you would be freed. This is a sin, and it would be complete wrong.
However it is a lot worse than that, in the story not only will he put you in the basement he will put you in the fire in the basement, in the furnace. Everyday he will come down and add coal to the fire in the furnace. This will go on forever, this is HATE, this god does not love you, he HATES YOU WITH A PASSION!!!
Other churches say that their god is not like that, he will not do that. Their so called god is better. Instead of torturing the people who do not love him for all of eternity, he will instead just ANNIHILATE them.
In this scenario after finding your father he says, to you that, if you don’t love me, I will shot you dead. THAT is MURDER, and the father would go to jail.
However the churches say their god is reaching out to you, we are his voice. Listen to us and get to know him. Then you will come to love him, but it is up to you to get to know him, their god, before you die.
How can you get to love him if you don’t know him?
Millions of people die when they are children, never getting to know God. Churches have always had problems with this issue, what happens to them? Loads more die with out ever having heard the message of Christ. What happens to these people? Was it surely up to them to find out ? You have to realise that in the early days of the church, the message had not reached the whole world. The message start in Israel, almost 2000 years ago. What about the rest of the world? Before Christ, God had picked mainly Israel to here his voice, again what about the rest of the world? Before Israel God pick a much smaller group. He only picked a few people on the whole planet.
God is Love!
God will not torture or annihilate anyone who does not love him before they die, he knows that they have not had the chance to get to know him. He will show them his love, and they will get to know him. Then they will Love him, and be reconciled back to him.
