Shalom, dear all!
Thank you for faithfully praying for us. My mother has fully recovered from COVID. Though suffering from dementia and a broken arm, she is trying very hard with everything she thinks she can do by herself.

代禱勇士們，收信平安：
感謝您忠心為我們禱告。家母的新冠肺炎已經痊癒。雖然患有失智而且手臂骨折未癒，她還是非常努力地嘗試做她認為她自己可以做的事。

Working day and night since we came to the US, Douglas put away his computer for 2 days last week, and we took a trip to Yosemite. It was a great blessing to admire the magnificent work of God. The breath-taking gorges, giant stone hills, water falls, meadows, flowing rivers, trees and flowers bursting out of stone cracks…… all told us about the glorious beauty of God.

自從我們來到美國以來，道格拉斯沒日沒夜地工作。昨天他把電腦收起來兩天，帶我們去優勝美地。欣賞上帝的偉大工作是莫大的祝福。令人歎為觀止的峽谷、巨大的石山、瀑布、草地、流淌的河流、從石縫中迸發出的樹木和鮮花......都講述了上帝的榮耀之美。

The cooking class with the church ladies was a lot of fun. We were all dusty with flour and happy with mere joy. Besides making more than 200 potstickers, we had a sweet time of fellowship. Their courage in learning new skills had a great impact on me, too.

給教會姊妹們上的烹飪課有趣極了。大家一身衣裳沾了麵粉，還是傻開心的。不但做了兩百多個鍋貼，還有美妙的團契時光。姊妹們不畏學習新技術的勇氣也讓我深受鼓勵。

My visa for staying in the US is going to be expired in the middle of July. But we haven’t yet had positive news of my re-entry permit to PNG. Our agent said that she had mailed the application to the WRONG email address two months ago, and had to refile all the documents. It’s frustrating. But we believe nothing would happen without God’s permission. Meanwhile, like Douglas, I am conducting some work in PNG through network.
我在美國的簽證將於7月中旬到期。但是我再次入境新幾內亞的簽證，目前還沒有正面消息。我們的代理人說，她兩個月前將申請文件寄到錯誤的電子信箱，現在不得不重新提交所有檔案。這很令人沮喪。但我們相信，沒有一件事的發生是未經上帝的允許的。與此同時，像道格拉斯一樣，我正在通過網路進行一些新幾內亞的事工。

We received some reporting pictures from Ambunti. It was pleasant to see the Dorcas Fellowship in the church in Ambunti is ongoing, and there are participants coming from other villages. What is shown in the pictures is the extensive project of Level Two. I am glad to see that they finally made the work of bias correctly and the curved hems beautifully. These are very import sewing skills for them since interfacing fabric is extremely expensive and not easily purchased in PNG. And let’s thank God for the hard work of Beverlyn and other trainees of the training course of Dorcas Ministry in Ambunti.

我們收到了安布恩提傳來的一些報告照片。很欣喜看到安布恩提教會的多加團契持續進行，還有來自其他村莊的學員在其中。照片中顯示的是第二級的延伸作品。我很高興看到她們終於正確地完成了包邊，彎曲的下擺曲線也很漂亮。這些對她們來說是非常重要的縫紉技能，因為燙襯非常昂貴，而且在新幾內亞不容易買得到。讓我們感謝上帝，感謝貝芙琳以及安布恩提多加事工培訓課程的其他學員的努力耕耘。

1. The landslide happened in PNG on May 24 is reported to bury around 2000 people. A lot of outside help has arrived but blocked from getting into the site due to stubborn thinking of the local people. May God grant wisdom to the government in delivering help to people in need.
據報導，5月24日新幾內亞發生的山崩，導致約2000人被埋。許多外部援助已經抵達，但由於當地人的頑固想法而被阻止進入災區。願上帝賜給政府智慧，為有需要的人提供幫助。

2. Mission Aviation Fellowship is facing severe shortage of manpower, aircrafts and fuel. May God has His mercy on the great aviation needs of missionaries in PNG.
宣教飛行團契正面對人力、飛機及燃油的嚴重短缺，願上帝憐憫在新幾內亞宣教士們的大量飛行需要。

3. May God grant wisdom to the issue-solving committee after PIM USA board’s meeting in doing His will.
求神賞賜智慧給PIM美國理監事會議會後議題處理委員會，遵行祂的旨意行事。

4. Over the past year, due to the banking policy of PNG, it has been taking long hours in banking work each week for PIM staff to transfer the funds and to withdraw in order to keep the ministries going. May God rule over the banking issue.
近一年來，由於新幾內亞的銀行政策，PIM工作人員每週都要花很長時間在銀行處理資金的匯存及提領，才得以維持事工的運作。願上帝在銀行事務的難題中掌權。

5. Besides the tasks in the USA, Douglas is handling the tasks of PIM happening in PNG, working day and night. May God remember his hard-working and bless him with good health.
道格拉斯日夜工作，除了處理美國PIM的事務，同時也要掌握PIM在新幾內亞正在進行的各項事務。求神記念他的辛勞，賞賜給他健康的身體。

6. May God grant wisdom and patience to the trained women in the sewing training course in developing the sewing ministries of Dorcas Fellowship in the local churches.
求神保守在縫紉訓練課程受訓的學員，讓她們有智慧及耐心在當地發展多加團契縫紉事工。

7. May God give me wisdom in efficiently helping the ladies here in long term with pricy sewing resource.
求神給Sandy智慧有效且長效地幫助這裡的婦女解決縫紉物資的問題。

8. May God pave our path to renewing my work visa.
求神為Sandy工作簽證的續簽程序開路。

9. My mother is not recovering well from a fractured arm. May God heal her.
Sandy的媽媽手臂的骨折復原狀況不佳，求神醫治她。

10. May God grant His mercy in my old parents’ financial needs, take care of them, and grant them salvation, health, peace and joy.
願神憐憫Sandy年邁父母的財務需要、看顧他們，賞賜他們救恩、健康、平安及喜樂。

11. May God watch over my brother’s family：remember their hard working and traveling, and bless their work and study.
