Shalom, dear all!
Thank you for faithfully praying for us. The online board’s meeting on September 20th went on well with well completed reports and sufficient network. We were blessed to able to hop on the plane in Ambunti and fly to Wewak on the 26th. And now, I am back to Taiwan, and Douglas in the USA though, due to 2 flight cancelations, we nearly fail to fly to POM in time for our international flight, and our check-in luggage is left behind in Wewak.
代禱勇士們，收信平安：

感謝您忠心為我們禱告。 9月20日的線上理監事會議順利進行，報告都有即時完成，開會時網路也很順暢。我們很幸運能夠於 26 日在安布恩提登上往威瓦克的飛機。即使由於飛往 POM航班兩次取消，我們幾乎無法及時搭乘國際航班，而且我們的托運行李還留在威瓦克；現在，我終究還是回到了台灣，道格拉斯回到了美國。

Our sewing class for the fourth bag brought us lot of joy. The ladies were thrilled with the completed work of their dream bags. They are going to teach what they have learned to other women in the church.

第四個包包的縫紉課給我們帶來了多多的喜樂。女士們完成她們夢想包包，大家都非常興奮。她們將把她們所學到的在教會中傳授給的其他婦女。

The students’ works of the fourth bag cause the women’s fellowship in AOG church want to restart the sewing ministry. I was informed of that at the last minute and didn’t know what was really happening. Since I tend not to interfere the local church operation, let’s merely pray for the trainees in my sewing course, Mrs. Karsen and Sandra.
學生們第四個包包的作品，引起AOG教會的婦女團契重新啟動縫紉事工的想法。我在快離開時才得知此事，不知道實際的內情。由於我傾向於不干涉當地教會的運作，所以我們就單單為我縫紉課程的學員卡森太太和桑德拉祈禱。

Thanks to God for His guidance in the theme of our devotion for this term. We studied the scripture Proverbs 31:10-31 of a virtuous woman verse by verse on the philosophy of Family Management. This is a good challenge for PNG women though they all work hard. And it is what they do need to learn how to do the family management wisely with hope instead of merely working hard.
感謝神引導我們選定本期靈修的主題。我們逐節學習了《箴言》31:10-31中有關才德的婦人的經文，學習執掌中饋的原則。儘管新幾內亞婦女本都習慣努力工作，這對她們來說仍是一個很好的挑戰。而她們也確實需要學習如何帶著盼望有智慧地經營家庭，而不是只努力工作。

A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.

1. May God be in charge of the fuel crisis, currency policy, and economy development in PNG.
求神在新幾內亞的燃油危機、貨幣政策以及經濟發展中掌權。

2. May God be in charge of the issue of the land ownership of Ambunti high school.
願上帝在安布恩提中學土地所有權的議題中掌權。

3. Due to the new banking policy of PNG, it has been taking long hours in banking work each week for PIM staff to transfer the funds and to withdraw in order to keep the ministries going. May God rule over the banking issue.
由於新幾內亞新的銀行政策，PIM工作人員每週都要花很長時間在銀行處理資金的匯存及提領，才得以維持事工的運作。願上帝在銀行事務的難題中掌權。

4. With multi-duties, Douglas works day and night. May God grant he good health.
道格拉斯身兼眾多職務。願上帝賞賜給他健康的身體。

5. May God give strength to Douglas in preparing for the on line board’s meeting on September 20th.
求神賜力量給道格拉斯預備九月20日舉行的線上理監事會議。

6. May God grant Douglas wisdom and strength in facilitating the sewing resource center.
願上帝在建置縫紉資源中心事上，賞賜道格拉斯智慧與力量。

7. I am invited to deliver the message at the Sunday Service in a church in Taipei on October 6th. And will be interviewed by a Christian radio station on October 4th. May God grant His Devine Guidance.
Sandy受邀於十月6日在台北一所教會的主日崇拜中證道。十月4日接受基督教廣播電台的訪問。願上帝賞賜屬天的引導。

8. May God grant us His divine guidance in purchasing the generator for South Sea Evangelical Church in Ambunti.
願上帝在我們為安布恩提南海福音教會購買發電機的事上，指引我們。

9. May God bless the sewing ministry “Dorcas Fellowship” in SSEC Ambunti, and the restoration of “Dorcas Fellowship” in AOG Church Ambunti.
願上帝保守安布恩提南海福音教會的縫紉事工「多加團契」，以及AOG教會重新開辦多加團契的各項事宜。

10. Both Douglas and I are feeling exhausted and weak. May God heal us.
Sandy和道格拉斯兩人都十分疲憊虛弱，求神醫治我們。

11. May God grant His mercy in my old parents’ financial needs, take care of them, and grant them salvation, health, peace and joy.
願神憐憫Sandy年邁父母的財務需要、看顧他們，賞賜他們救恩、健康、平安及喜樂。

12. May God watch over my brother’s family：remember their hard working and traveling, and bless their work and study.
願神看顧Sandy弟弟的家庭，記念他們的辛勤與奔波，賜福他們的工作與學業。
