Shalom, dear all!
Thank you for faithfully praying for us. Our message sharing through the Zoom meeting with the church in the USA on the morning of January 12th went very well. I felt accompanied and comforted knowing that this church has been doing real work participating in cross-cultural mission. And the infection in my tongue is totally gone. Though having a very busy week, I managed to be in bed on Sunday evening and Monday morning. Now I feel much better.

感謝大家忠心為我們代禱。一月12日早上透過線上會議室與美國一所教會的信息分享進行得十分順利。看到這個教會一直在採取實際行動參與跨文化宣教，我深深感到有同路人的喜悅與安慰。而且我舌頭根部的發炎已經完全消退。雖然過去這一星期十分忙碌，仍然得以在星期天晚上跟星期一早上臥床休息。現在感到好多了。
Last weekend the Bible story workshop in Fong Shan started. It is my privilege to have the opportunity to work among churches and evoke the awareness of the need of making oral learners disciples of our Lord Jesus. All participants learned very hard and God made all of us soaked in His Words through our Bible study based on Bible story telling. I also got to know a young lady who would like to know more about cross-cultural mission. She asked me very deep questions. And I am so encouraged to see someone earnestly seeking God’s will.
上個周末，在鳳山舉辦的聖經故事工作坊開始了。能夠有機會在教會間引發大家對「使口述學習者做主耶穌門徒」的重視，是我莫大的榮幸。所有的學員都非常努力學習，而且神使大家藉著聖經故事查經浸泡在祂的話語當中。我也在此結識一位想要更深入認識跨文化宣教的年輕姐妹。她問了我許多很深入的問題。看到有人誠心尋求神的旨意，我也深受鼓勵了。
Last Friday the kids’ clothing graphic class finished. And this week the math class for the low-performance students will finish too. Next week we will start preparing for the class we are going to teach in PNG. So far we have found the route to PNG on March 17th, requiring transferring at Hong Kong . This is the cheapest we can get. Or we’ll have to pay at least 350USD more than that, even 1000 USD more. This year the cost of the flight is the double of what we paid before. May God be in control and bless our way back to our mission field.
上星期童裝打版課結束了，這個星期數學補救教學的課程也會結束。下周我們就要開始準備我們在新幾內亞的教學教案。目前為止，我們找到三月17日啟程到新幾內亞的航線，必須在香港轉機。這是我們找到最便宜的飛行日期及路線，否則我們至少得多付三百五十元美金，甚至是多付一千美金的航線。今年的航機費用是我們以往的兩倍。願神掌權，賜福我們重返宣教禾場的道路。

3. I am going to continue the week-end Bible story workshop in Fong-Shan on January 16th and 17th. May God grant me the strength needed and be with all the participants.
一月 16, 17日下午我將繼續在鳳山主領周末聖經故事研習工作坊。求神賞賜所需力量，並與所有學員同在。
4. TMM (Taiwan Mission Mobilization) is going to run a mission partners’ workshop in TaiChung on January, 23rd. May God bless our preparation.
台灣華人動員宣教協會將在一月23日於台中舉辦宣教夥伴工作坊。願神賜福我們的活動籌備。

5. I am supposed to give a sermon in Taichung on January 24th and in Koahsiung on January 31st. May God Grant me His Devine Wisdom.
