Dear all,

Thank you for faithfully praying for us. Kellen and I have had the necessary health check for the sake of applying for the PNG working visa. Today Kellen went to the hospital and collected the reports of our health exams. The reports reflect our age and tell that we are passible but not 100% fit. Actually, last week Kellen was suggested to have the further exam on her lungs. It’s good that eventually the computed tomography shows that her lungs are well. Thanks to the Lord that He is our Protector.

各位代禱勇士，收信平安！

感謝您忠心的代禱。為了辦理新幾內亞的工作簽證，我們做了健康檢查。今天Kellen到醫院取回我們的健康檢查報告。跟據我們的年齡，報告顯示我們是還算可以，但也不是百分之百健康。事實上，上星期醫院建議Kellen做肺部的進一步檢查。幸好最後斷層顯示她的肺沒有問題。感謝主保守我們。

Because of my health issue, I have stopped attending sewing classes for several months. Praise the Lord that the ache has all gone. Recently I have applied what I had learned early this year and enlarged some old skirts, bloused and trousers. That is a very useful skill for me to serve in PNG. And it’s a lot of fun too. I like to admire these enlarged clothes because I have done a lot of work of alteration on them and they mean a lot to me. Telling the truth, I would never have thought of getting into sewing if God had not inspired me to do so. Over the years, I have been “altered” by God too since I handed myself over to Him. And I shall worry about nothing. There is a song in Tok Pisin (trading language in PNG) says, “Larim God i ken wok insaid long laip bilong mi.” That means “Let God do His work in my life.” Yes, God is our Creator and we shall let Him do His work of alteration, or even transformation. And He must admire His own work.

因為健康因素，我已經幾個月沒去上縫紉課了。感謝主，我的疼痛現在都不見了。最近我好好複習年初學的衣改技巧，把一些上衣、裙子、褲子都改大了。這對我在新幾內亞的服事而言是個很有用的技術，而且也挺好玩的。我拿起這些改好的衣服左瞧右看欣賞個沒完，因為我在這些衣服花了很多改造的工夫。說真的，如果不是順服神給我的感動，我應該一點都不會想到要做縫紉。這些年來，既然我將自己交在神的手中，並將自己的掛慮都交託給神，神在我身上也是做了很多改造的工夫。在新幾內亞有一首歌說道：「Larim God i ken wok insaid long laip bilong mi.」意思是「讓神在我生命裡作工」。是的，神既是我們的創造主，我們應該容祂改造我們，讓祂甚至翻轉我們的生命。神也一定會對祂手中所作的工欣賞個沒完。

1. May God be in control of the epidemic of COVID-19 in PNG. The latest number of confirmed cases in PNG is 286. Last week it was 111.

2. Kellen and I are working on the preparation for the workshop that will take place in the end of this month. May God grant us His Divine Wisdom.

3. May God use the workshops and lectures we provide to bless churches in Taiwan.

4. May God grant His Divine Wisdom to us and bless our study.

5. May God grant His divine healing and protection to Kellen’s old mother and my old parents.

6. May God be in control of the process of our working visa application in PNG.
