Thank you for faithfully praying for us. Kellen and I came back to Kaohsiung on Monday evening. Last week we had a good time being together with Kellen’s family and fellowshipping with the pastors of TMM, our sending base.
各位代禱勇士，收信平安！
感謝您忠心的代禱。我和Kellen星期一晚上回到高雄。上星期我們和Kellen的家人歡樂相聚，也和我們的差會《台灣華人動員宣教協會》牧者們有美好的團契。
Most of our TMM pastors have devoted themselves to the ministries in the remote areas for decades. Their stories always bring us encouragement. Actually, I have been having the insight that the something churches in Taiwan lack for cross-cultural mission is the Spirit at the Cross. We should not be blinded by Satan and think the Great Mission requires rich churches. As I read the story of Esau, the twin brother of Jacob, I was reminded that we must appreciate our identity of God’s children and, being obedient, carry out the responsibility of the true descendants of Abraham while we seek for the grace in the Lord and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
《台灣華人動員宣教協會》牧者們大多獻身於偏遠地區的福音事工數十年，他們的故事總是給我們很大的鼓勵。事實上，我一直感覺台灣眾教會在推行跨文化宣教事工上缺乏的就是十字架的精神。我們不應該被撒旦矇蔽，而相信完成大使命需要富有的教會等等謊言。當我讀到雅各的孿生哥哥以掃的故事時，就會被提醒，在我們追求主裡的恩典及聖靈的恩賜的時候，更要看重我們作為神兒女的身分，也要順服神，肩負神給亞伯拉罕真正後裔的任務。
Kellen’s problem with her neck and shoulders has been bothering her for years. Amazingly, last week as we were away from work, she hardly felt the pain even though she had to drive the car on the highway. This made her reconsider her problem. Today she went to a big hospital. The doctor had a good check for her. The conclusion is that she needs and expert to help her train her marcels. But the doctor didn’t recommend her to hire a coach in a gym or go to physiotherapists in a hospital. Kellen had to find a trust worthy physiotherapist on her own.
Kellen 的肩頸問題已經困擾她數年。上星期我們終於能有一個星期不工作。很奇妙的，即使她必須駕車在高速公路上，卻很少感到疼痛。這使得她重新思考她的肩頸問題。今天她改到大醫院看診。醫生給她做一些檢查。結論是，Kellen需要一位專家來幫助她鍛鍊肌肉。但是醫師不建議她找健身房的教練或醫院裡的物理治療師。Kellen必需自己找到可信賴的物理治療專家。
Please be involved in our ministries through your prayers:
1. May God grant Kellen a reliable expert that is able to help her train her marcels.
2. Through the linking work and prayer of some church members for more than 1 year. We finally have got the opportunity to deliver the message in a specific church in Kaohsiung on July 2nd. May God’s Spirit work among us.
3. May God grant His divine healing and protection to Kellen’s old mother and my old parents.
4. May God be in control of the process of our work permit application in PNG.
5. May God use the workshops and lectures we provide to bless churches in Taiwan.

三、 願神對Kellen年邁的母親及我年邁的父母賞賜祂屬天的醫治跟保護。
四、 願神在我們申請新幾內亞工作許可簽證的程序中掌權。
五、 願神使用我們提供的工作坊及講座，成為台灣眾教會的祝福。
