Shalom, dear all!

Thank you for faithfully praying for us. Kellen and I are spending more time reading the Tok Pisin Bible together as COVID-19 level 3 alert is in effect around Taiwan. We believe that Taiwan will get through this crisis very soon and become wiser in dealing with the pandemic.

各位代禱勇士，收信平安。

感謝大家忠心為我們代禱。目前台灣正值新冠肺炎疫情三級警戒狀態，我和Kellen就花更多時間一起讀巴紐濱涇語聖經。我們相信台灣會很快度過這次危機，並且更有智慧地看待疫情。

We had been praying very hard about the drought in Taiwan. And this week we have had a lot of rain and it seems that we are going to get more in the following weeks. Praise God!

大家一直很努力地在為台灣的旱象禱告。感謝讚美主，這一個星期以來，我們有好多雨水。而且，接下來幾周，我們應該會有更多。

At 2:30 am on Tuesday, it was rain very hard. I woke up and found it hard to get back to sleep. Therefore, I went to the ground floor and did some work in the kitchen. At 3 am, the water come into the house through the back door. In 5 minutes, the entire ground floor got flooded. Kellen and I were trying our best rescuing the items that we shouldn’t have left on the floor, and scooping the water out of the house. At noon, the flood was gone but the house smelled of dead animals.

星期二凌晨兩點半，我醒過來。外面正在下大雨，我就再也睡不著，於是到一樓廚房做一些工作。三點的時候，水從後門進入房子。五分鐘後，一樓就全淹水了。我和Kellen盡力搶救那些我們本不該放在地板上的物品，一面把水舀到屋外。到了中午總算把淹水掃完了，然而，房子裡散發著動物死屍的味道。

Kellen and I were wondering that as we had been praying very hard about the drought, why we hadn’t bought a suction pump. Did that mean that we had lived our life as we hadn’t prayed about it so that we didn’t need to make a change in life to meet God’s deeds answering to our prayers? Do we live like that we do believe in Jesus that He has saved us?

我和Kellen想不通，我們那麼努力地禱告求雨，我們怎麼沒有去買個抽水幫浦呢？難道我們禱告完畢後，就活著似乎我們沒有禱告，所以生活上也沒有做任何改變來承受上帝聽了禱告所施展的作為？我們是否活著如同我們深信耶穌已經拯救了我們？

As the body without the spirit is dead,

so faith without deeds is dead.

身體沒有靈魂是死的，

信心沒有行為也是死的。

1. May God be in charge of the number of total cases of COVID-19 in PNG .

求神在新幾內亞新冠肺炎疫情當中掌權。

2. May God show His mercy and cure the pain on kellen’s knack and her back that is bothering her a lot.

求神施憐憫醫治Kellen肩頸及腰部的疼痛。

3. May God cure my periodontal disease.

願神醫治Sandy的牙周病。

4. May God enable me to rest well and the inflammation within me can be reduced.

求神使Sandy能夠充分休息，好讓體內的發炎降低。

5. Because of the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan, all day care centers for seniors have to shut down. My old Pa-Pa is now under great pressure taking care of my mom. May God look after my parents.

由於新冠肺炎疫情在台灣爆發，所有的日照中心必須關閉。我年邁的父親照顧我母親，承受很大的壓力。求神看顧我的父母。
