Shalom, dear all!
Thank you for faithfully praying for us. Douglas’ hard work with the airstrip was not in vain. We safely arrived in Wewak last Thursday. After intensive buying tasks in Wewak. Douglas went to Australia on Monday for more buying tasks. My application documents and passport are still stuck with the government office. Not going to Australia with Douglas, I have to take the advantage of better network in Wewak and dive into the online courses that I had paid for a long time but could not take in Ambunti.

感謝你忠心地為我們禱告。道格拉斯在飛機跑道苦工並沒有白費。 我們上週四安全抵達威瓦克。 在威瓦克完成密集的採購任務後，道格拉斯週一前往澳洲進行更多的採購任務。 我的申請文件和護照仍然卡在政府部門。 沒有和道格拉斯一起去澳洲，我必須利用威瓦克較佳的網路優勢，埋首學習早已買好卻無法在安布恩提上的線上課程。
There are a lot of construction works going on in Wewak. One of them is even going to be a 4-story hotel-shopping combo with parking lots. I can’t imagine how crowded the downtown area will be by the end of the year. Another surprise to me is that there are noises of firecrackers and fireworks every day even during the day. They were traded at very low prices at the border between west PNG and Indonesia. Many kids keep them in their pockets like a packet of biscuit. It’s good that I am much heathier this year. Or I can’t imagine how many times I would have fainted. I believe that God knows everything His people would encounter and He enables them to be ready for wherever He would lead them. Holy Spirit is our passport. And our obedience is our visa. His Presence and the praise to the Lord is the best scenery.

2. PIM has been having a project with The Education Department of PNG, distributing 100,000 copies of religious education textbooks to high schools in all provinces in PNG. May God bless the big job of distribution.

3. MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) has had three accidents this year. They are elevating the standard of requirements to the airstrips in the villages. May God bless them in enforcing their new regulation.

4. May God grant Douglas wisdom in coordinating with our mission partners about their itineraries and accommodations for the trainings in January and February. 願上帝賞賜道格拉斯智慧，為一月份與二月份的許多訓練會與我們的宣教夥伴們做行程與住宿協調。
5. Douglas got injured on the shin at work. And the inflamed wound has not healed. May God bless him with a successful visit at the clinic in Australia and heal his wound.

12. My brother is having a hard time taking care of my parents whom are not communicable with. May God have mercy upon him.
