Dear all,

Thank you for faithfully praying for us. Our working visa is still under process but everything goes well so far. This week I had the implementation for the Art Therapy course I am taking. And I also assisted the implementation of one of my classmates. For most of the seniors, this was their first try to draw with color pens or crayons. Confronting their very first “project”, they were both intimidated and excited. I can tell that they all love to find out more of themselves through drawing.

感謝您忠心的代禱。我們的新幾內亞工作簽證仍在申請程序之中，目前為止一切都還很順利。這個星期我為正在選修的藝術療癒課程安排了自己的實作，也在一位同學的實作中擔任助教。大部份的老人家都是第一次使用彩色筆及蠟筆作畫。面對他們的第一次作品，他們又是畏縮又是興奮。我看得出來，他們很樂意在畫畫中更多發現自己。

This week I am going to finish my Art Therapy course. And next week I am going to receive the training for assisting junior high school students with low performances. For most missionaries, this year is the year of waiting. Through studying the story of Joseph, God let me know that waiting requires strength and the more of waiting cultivates the more strength. No matter what factor causes waiting, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the presence of the Lord.

這個星期五，我即將結束藝術療癒的課程。下星期要接受國中生扶助教學的訓練。對大部分宣教士而言，今年是等候的一年。透過約瑟的故事，神教導我，等待是需要力量的，而且更多的等待會培養我們更多的力量。無論造成我們等待的因素是什麼，等待是經歷神同在的絕佳時機。

Please participate in cross-cultural mission through your prayers:

1. May God be in control of the epidemic of COVID-19 in PNG. The latest number of confirmed cases in PNG is 333. Last week it was 214.

2. Kellen and I are working on the preparation for the workshop that will take place in Tainan on Aug. 29. May God grant us His Divine Wisdom.

3. May God use the workshops and lectures we provide to bless churches in Taiwan.

4. May God grant His Divine Wisdom to us and bless our study.

5. May God grant His divine healing and protection to Kellen’s old mother and my old parents.

6. May God be in control of the process of our working visa application in PNG.

一、 願神掌管新冠肺炎在新幾內亞的疫情。最新得到的確診人數是333，上星期是214。
