Shalom, dear all!

Thank you for faithfully praying for us. We were very much encouraged by a note sent by a Bible story workshop participants saying that the method we had taught in the workshop benefitted her mission trip in the mountain area recently.

各位代禱勇士，收信平安。

感謝大家忠心為我們代禱。這幾天一個姐妹傳來的短訊給我們很大的鼓勵。她說最近她到山區訪宣，用我們教的方法講故事，很有幫助。

As a cross-cultural missionary, Bible story workshop is one of the ministries we can do while we are stuck in our home base. Ultimately, we hope we can go back to the field that God calls us to go to ASAP. Sadly, either of the embassies has not yet given us the procedure on how we can go back to PNG. As we are waiting, my church has been very considerate and allows me to be able to do my tasks and take courses related to God's calling to me. Even so, I have my ups and downs. God told me that I shouldn't feel guilty and among my ups and downs there is space for conversations between Him and me that I am to enjoy and realize what real peace is. Our God is almighty and merciful. Therefore, if you know any missionary who is stuck in the home base, please pray for him/her and allow the space for God to do His work upon missionaries.

就目前我們被困在家鄉出不去的情況下，聖經故事工作坊是我們以跨文化宣教士身份可以做的事工之一。最終，我們還是希望可以盡快回到上帝呼召我們前往的禾場。傷心的是，兩邊的駐使館都還沒有回覆告知我們回巴紐應有哪些程序。在我們等待時，我的差派教會很體諒我，讓我可以好好在上帝呼召我的事上服事及學習。即便如此，我還是會有起起落落。上帝告訴我，我不應該覺得有罪惡感，在我的起起落落當中，是神與我的對話空間，我應該享受它，這才是真平安。我們的上帝大有能力、滿有憐憫。因此，如果您也認識被困在家鄉出不去的宣教士，請為他/她禱告，並且給上帝空間，讓祂在宣教士身上作工。

Having over stressed myself, on the first two days of this month, I stayed in bed. And thanks to God that the inflammation on my lymph gland has subsided.

大概是過勞的緣故，這個月的ㄧ開始兩天，我就得臥床休息了。感謝神，淋巴腺的發炎已經有消退。

2. We need more churches, praying groups and individuals to be our long-term partners, participating in prayers and financial supports. May God provide for us.

3. May God give Kellen and me good health.

求神賞賜Sandy和Kellen健康的身體。

4. In February, I am to receive a 4-week-long intensive training on missionary member care. May God give me strength.

二月份Sandy要接受為期四周的宣教士關顧密集訓練。求神賞賜力量。

5. One of Kellen's classmates in the carpentry class was hurt on the hand by the chisel. May God protect Kellen and all the classmates in the carpentry class.

上木工課時Kellen的ㄧ個同學手部被鑿刀割傷。求神保護Kellen跟所有木工課的同學。
