Shalom, dear all!
Thank you for faithfully praying for us. We found Cairns a very friendly city, and Douglas was productive at work during our stay in Cairns and POM. We were blessed enough to be able to find the right size of sneakers and tongs for Douglas. That is size 16!!! As we had quite a long time waiting at the airport, I finished overlocking by hand a pair of shorts that I had made for Douglas. After being married for 10 months, I finally had the time to sew something for him for the first time.
感謝您忠心地為我們禱告。凱恩斯是個很友善的城市。道格拉斯在凱恩斯和莫斯比工作都很有果效。很蒙恩這趟出門可以買到適合道格拉斯尺寸的球鞋和夾腳拖。十六號喔！！！由於在機場等候的時間很長，我就將剛剛為道格拉斯做的一件短褲完成手工布邊縫。結婚十個月後，我終於有時間初次為他縫製衣物。
We are now in Wewak. Douglas is arranging the shopping shipping for the ministry in Ambunti. I am recovering from my bad cold that could be caused by busy life and traveling on the boat in the early morning. We were doing some food shopping, getting ready for going back to Ambunti yesterday morning, and one of the mirriors of the car was stolen when it was parked outside of a supermarket. It was the fifth time that it happened to the same car. Douglas and I looked at each other, and said, “Well, this is part of life.” We should not make it ruin our day. Instead, we were talking about some funny ways that we could have DIY set up a new mirror for the car ONLY IF we had the time. There are two sides with a coin. Let’s thank God for allowing us to serve Him in PNG as well as believe His love and grace are greater than all challenges.
我們現在在威瓦克，道格拉斯正在為安布恩提的事工安排物資的採買與運輸。我大概是前陣子一大清早搭船的關係得了重感冒，現在還在療癒中。昨天我們正在為進村採買一些食物，車子停在超市外面時，一個車鏡被偷，這已經是第五次了。道格拉斯和我彼此看了一眼，就說：「沒關係，這只是生活的一部份。」不應該讓這件事把心情弄遭吧？我們索性發揮創意想想我們可以怎麼自己動手來給車子裝個鏡子…「假如」我們有時間自己動手做的話。一個硬幣總是會有兩個面，我們除了感謝神讓我們在新幾內亞服事祂，也要相信神的愛與恩典勝過種種挑戰。
The MAF plane that had its nose wheel dug into the ground is still stuck in Black Water, waiting for a new propeller to be sent to it. And we have to travel back to Ambunti by car and boat.
宣教飛行事工團契那部前陣子前輪陷入跑道的小飛機，現在還留在布萊克瓦特，等待新的螺旋槳送來過去安裝。所以，我們這次回安布恩提必須走坐車再搭船。

1. May God be in charge of the fuel crisis in PNG.
願上帝在新幾內亞的燃油危機中掌權。
2. The system problems of the bank used by PIM have not been solved yet, the staff of PIM in Wewak spend hours in the bank every week. PIM have to make fund transaction from the US to PNG several times a month. May God bless the fund wiring process.
PIM使用的銀行系統問題尚未能解決，PIM威瓦克中心的員工每個星期都要在銀行待好幾個小時。PIM每個月要從美國將數筆資金匯入新幾內亞，求神保守資金電匯的流程。
3. May God strengthen AOG Church in Malu and cease the fights among villages.
求神堅固馬露神召會，並止息部落間的械鬥。
4. May God give peace, wisdom and courage to the women who have been trained in the Level 1 and Level 2 sewing courses, so that they are able to run Dorcas Fellowship in their own churches.
願上帝賞賜足夠的平安、智慧與勇氣給受過第一級和第二級縫紉訓練的婦女，好使她們能夠在自己的教會持續多加團契的事工。
5. May God bless MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) in sorting their difficulties in manpower and aircrafts. (Especially for the aircraft that is stuck in Black Water.)
願上帝保守MAF(宣教飛行團契)解決他們在人力和飛機方面的困難。(特別是目前在布萊克瓦特的飛機)
6. Douglas and I are going to Ambunti on Thursday. May God bless our travel by car and by boat.
道格拉斯和我星期四將到安布恩提，求神保守我們坐車及搭船的路程。
7. May God heal Douglas’ swollen ankle.
願上帝治癒道格拉斯腫脹的腳踝。
8. My visa is due on July, 10th. The application is in process. May God be in charge.
Sandy的簽證將於7月10日到期。已經申請但尚未有結果。願上帝掌管一切。
9. May God take care of my old parents, grant them salvation, health, peace and joy.
願神看顧Sandy年邁的父母，賞賜他們救恩、健康、平安及喜樂。
