Shalom, dear all!
Thank you for praying faithfully for us. We have been back to Ambunti for two weeks. Though struggling with damages caused by ants and termites, we have settled down and are having our normal life. That is to say, everything that should be put back in its place has been put back in its place, and everything that should be washed has been washed.
感謝您忠心地為我們禱告。我們已經回到安布恩提兩個星期了。雖然仍然在與螞蟻白蟻奮戰，我們的生活已經恢復正常。已就是說，該歸位的東西都歸位了，該洗的東西也都洗好了。
With God’s help, Mrs Carson has come to me five afternoons a week. I truly appreciate her determination, patience and humble attitude in learning. Not being able to read, not having been trained to used a ruler or read illustrations, she could be extremely frustrated in learning drafting patterns and give up with anger after learning the same step five times. She can repeat being taught the same step 20 times and still believe she learns from making mistakes. This is what a teacher like me would learn precious lessons from students. That will make me more persistent when encountering difficulties. Jennifer came and join us the later first week. This has lifted Mrs Carson quite a lot.
卡森太太依靠上帝的幫助一個星期來找我補課五個下午。我不得不佩服她在學習上的決心、耐心和謙卑的態度。不會閱讀、沒學過用尺、也看不懂圖示，學習繪製版型應該是很令她極度沮喪的事。換是別人，一個步驟學五次學不會就會放棄了，還會發脾氣。但是她卻可以同一個步驟學了二十次仍然相信她在錯中學。這是我一個老師從學生身上學習到的寶貴功課。這會讓我在遇到困難時更有韌性。第一個星期稍晚時，珍妮芙也來一起畫版型，這也讓卡森太太正能量大增。

2. We have rescheduled to have the pre-class exam for the new students of tailor’s training on the coming Saturday afternoon. May God be with all the participants.
裁縫課新生的課前測試改於本週六下午舉行。求上帝與的所有參試者同在。
3. May God grant His Divine guidance in further direction of Dorcas Ministry of PIM (training sewing teachers for churches).
求上帝指引我們PIM多加事工(訓練縫紉教師以協助教會外展事工)進一步的走向。
4. May God bless the ladies who serve God through Dorcas Fellowship and sewing resource supplements: Beverlyn, Jennifer Y, Mrs. Kasen and Merolyn. Especially, three of them have difficulty in their children’s school fees.
求上帝恩待透過多加團契及管理縫紉資源來服事上帝的這幾位婦女：貝芙琳、珍妮芙·Y、卡森太太及梅若琳。尤其，其中三位婦女還欠著子女學費。
5. May God grant me and Mrs. Carson with wisdom and patience so that she is able to catch up the lessons in the following 4 weeks.
願上帝給我和卡森太太有智慧與耐心，讓她在接下來的四個星期能夠趕上進度。
6. I am supposed to be one of the speakers in the SSEC church district women’s training on financial management next week. May God grant me with His Divine wisdom.
Sandy 應邀下周擔任南海福音教會區會婦女聯會才家庭財務管理訓練的講員之一。求上帝賞賜屬天的智慧。
7. May God heal Douglas’s sinus infection.
願上帝治愈道格拉斯的鼻腔發炎。
8. May our merciful God take care of my old parents who both suffer from dementia, and grant them salvation, health, peace and joy.
願憐憫的上帝看顧Sandy年邁失智的父母，賞賜他們救恩、健康、平安及喜樂。
9. May God watch over my brother’s family：remember their hard working and traveling, and bless their work and study.
願上帝看顧Sandy弟弟的家庭，記念他們的辛勤與奔波，賜福他們的工作與學業。
