Shalom, dear all!
Thank you for faithfully praying for us. I am now back to Kaohsiung City Taiwan, and Douglas Reno Nevada. Seeing my parents, I thank God that they live in Taiwan in the right period of years. The government now has systematic, considerate, and affordable policy in seniors’ care. So that my brother and his family are able to live a normal life and I am able to serve overseas. 
代禱勇士們，收信平安：

感謝您忠心為我們禱告。 我現在回到了臺灣高雄市，而道格拉斯在內華達州的雷諾。看到我的父母，我感謝上帝，他們在對的年代生活在臺灣。政府現在在老年人護理方面有系統的、體貼的和負擔得起的政策。這樣我弟弟和他的家人就能過上正常的生活，我也能在海外服事。

The sermon on October 6th and the radio program interview on October 9th went well. It was amusing that someone told me that I was a speaker that didn’t “press hard”. I merely calmly recalled God’s guidance over the years but, through the feedback from the church members and the radio program hostess, I realized that the impact was impressive.

After coming back to Kaohsiung, dizziness, palpitation, and chest tightness… all these symptoms that hadn’t happened since I married Douglas came back to me. The endless to-do list and the moldy, rusty and dusty house are overwhelming to me. Douglas is thinking about coming to Taiwan to be with me after he finish his work in the US. Anyway, God brought me back to Taiwan in His good time. Besides the needs of visiting doctors, it happens that it’s the best time to deal with some issues with my parents, and the massive changes of the banking system require me to deal with in person.
回到高雄後，頭暈、心悸、胸悶......這些自從我嫁給道格拉斯以來從未發生過的癥狀冒出來了。無休止的待辦事項清單和發黴、生鏽、塵土飛揚的房子讓我無法應付。道格拉斯正在考慮在美國完成工作後來臺灣陪我。然而，上帝讓我在最適當的時候回到台灣，除了應該回台看診，碰巧是幫父母處理一些事務的最適時機，而銀行系統的變化也大到我必須親自回來臨櫃處理。

It’s pleasant to receive the report on the restoration of Dorcas Fellowship in AOG Church in Ambunti. And seeing them add up their own creativities to what I have taught makes me even happier. What a blessed missionary I am!
收到安布恩提神召會恢復多加團契聚會的報告，真是開心。看到她們在我教她們的內容上加了自己的創意，就更開心了。我真是個很幸福的宣教士。

1.       May God be in charge of the fuel crisis, currency policy, and economy development in PNG.
求神在新幾內亞的燃油危機、貨幣政策以及經濟發展中掌權。

2.       May God be in charge of the issue of the land ownership of Ambunti high school.
 願上帝在安布恩提中學土地所有權的議題中掌權。

3.       Due to the new banking policy of PNG, it has been taking long hours in banking work each week for PIM staff to transfer the funds and to withdraw in order to keep the ministries going. May God rule over the banking issue.  
由於新幾內亞新的銀行政策，PIM工作人員每週都要花很長時間在銀行處理資金的匯存及提領，才得以維持事工的運作。願上帝在銀行事務的難題中掌權。

4.       With multi-duties, Douglas works day and night. May God grant he good health.
道格拉斯身兼眾多職務。願上帝賞賜給他健康的身體。

5.       May God give strength to Douglas in preparing for the board’s meeting on November 1st.
求神賜力量給道格拉斯預備十一月1日舉行的理監事會議。

6.       May God grant Douglas wisdom and strength in facilitating the sewing resource center.  
願上帝在建置縫紉資源中心事上，賞賜道格拉斯智慧與力量。

7.       I am invited to deliver the message in a seminary in Taipei on October 21st. May God grant His Devine Guidance.
 Sandy受邀於十月21日在台北一所神學院分享信息。願上帝賞賜屬天的引導。

8.       May God grant us His divine guidance in purchasing the generator for South Sea Evangelical Church in Ambunti.
願上帝在我們為安布恩提南海福音教會購買發電機的事上，指引我們。

9.       May God bless the sewing ministry “Dorcas Fellowship” in SSEC Ambunti, and the restoration of “Dorcas Fellowship” in AOG Church Ambunti. 
願上帝保守安布恩提南海福音教會的縫紉事工「多加團契」，以及AOG教會重新開辦多加團契的各項事宜。

10.   Both Douglas and I are feeling exhausted and weak. May God heal us.
Sandy和道格拉斯都十分疲憊虛弱，求神醫治我們。

11.   May God grant His mercy in my old parents’ financial needs, take care of them, and grant them salvation, health, peace and joy.
願神憐憫Sandy年邁父母的財務需要、看顧他們，賞賜他們救恩、健康、平安及喜樂。

12.   May God watch over my brother’s family：remember their hard working and traveling, and bless their work and study.
願神看顧Sandy弟弟的家庭，記念他們的辛勤與奔波，賜福他們的工作與學業。
