141）[ベトナム人留学生による英文による感想] Talking of the Japan-China relations, I think the Japanese Prime Minister’s visit to Yasukuni Shrine should only be viewed as an act of commemoration of brave soldiers who fought for their country even though China and South Korea are outraged whenever Japan’s Premier pays a visit to the Shrine. The Japanese soldiers were not so evil as the Chinese government tries to convince the world. The governments of China and South Korea are evil in that they propagate Japan’s wrongdoings of some seven decades earlier in history despite the fact that Japan, having renounced her militarist past, has been one of the major contributors to peace and stability in Asia and beyond. On the other hand, the Chinese killing forces by the deceitful name of “People’s Liberation Army” are committing atrocities, or acts against humanity in the present progressive tense in Tibet, Uyghur and elsewhere. The blackmailing activities practised by China and Korea are to blame for the growing tension and instability in the region.
