Nathaniel Lardner

Nathaniel Lardner (1684-1768) was a Nonconformist divine and theological writer who served as assistant pastor to the Presbyterian meeting in Poor Jewry Lane, Crutched Friars, London, 1729-1751. Though a trinitarian in his early years, by 1730 Lardner had adopted Arianism, the same theological position held by Benjamin and Eliza.  His major writings include The credibility of the Gospel history (1727) and A letter ... concerning ... the Logos (1759).
