May 25. 1811—

My dear Friend,

The last time I had the pleasure of seeing you at Arnsby, you were so kind as to express a wish that I should give you a sermon at Olney. It always gives me unfeigned pleasure to spend a few hours with my highly esteemed friend, and as I shall be returning to Leicester next week I purpose, if it be suitable to spend Thursday evening with you and to give you a short lecture. I find there is a Wellingborough Coach passes through Olney and by that I intend, God willing, to come    My kind respects await Mrs S. I remain dear Brothr

                                             Your affecte Brothr

                                                               R. Hall
