James Robertson

James Robertson (1778-1861), from Inchture, Perthshire, was one of Robert Haldane’s first students in 1798. He ministered in a Congregational church briefly at Aberdeen before settling at Stuartfield in 1800. Eventually, he immigrated to America, ministering in Vermont (1832-1836) and later in Canada (1836-1861).
