James Douglass 

James Douglass (c. 1772-1843) joined Carter Lane on 3 March 1793, and entered Bristol Academy in 1797; he was ordained in 1802 as minister at White’s Alley, Portsea [Portsmouth], returning to London in 1807 where he continued to preach and teach until his death in 1843.
