John Edward Henderson

John Edward Henderson (1816-1885) studied at Stepney College before becoming a BMS missionary in July 1840. He began his work in Kingston, Jamaica, and later at Waldensia and Hoby Town. Henderson suffered from periods of poor health, spending considerable time in America in the 1850s. He remained a BMS missionary until 1881.
