Thomas Boston

Thomas Boston (1676-1732) ministered at Etterick, Scotland, and was a popular writer among eighteenth-century Calvinists. He was best known for Human Nature in its Fourfold State (1720), a copy of which resided in Fuller’s library, along with another work by Boston, An Illustration of the Doctrines of the Christian Religion with Respect to Faith and Practice. His Memoirs appeared in 1776.
