1814 September 23 Steadman to Daniel Sutcliff

William Steadman, Horton, to Daniel Sutcliff, Hebden Bridge, 23 September 1814.

My dear friend

         From further consideration, and in compliance with the opinion of my friends to whom I have shewed M.r Wilson’s letter, I have determined to go myself to Olney, & see to the packing of the books. But owing to our Double Lecture at Shipley on the 5 of Oct.r and likewise to a meeting of the bible society to be at Bradford the following week, I shall not be able to set out till Monday the 17th of Oct.r Should you have any letters I shall be glad to convey them, or command to execute them—with christian love to M.r Fawcett &c I am,
