1 6 oz. pistachio instant pudding
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Combine dry pudding mix with the drained pineapple and mix well. Add the Cool Whip and marshmallows and fold in the nuts. Place in a pretty serving dish and refrigerate for a few hours prior to serving.
