1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream (1 pint)
pinch of salt
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute. Then add cream, salt and pepper. Bring mixture to a simmer. Add the Parmesan and continue to simmer sauce for 8 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Serve over your choice of pasta.
