2 pounds ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. gluten free soy sauce
Fresh ground black pepper, as desired
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup ketchup
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
1 cup barbeque sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. orange juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine the hamburger, gluten free bread crumbs, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder and ketchup. Form into small balls and bake for 30 minutes. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the cranberry sauce, barbeque sauce, brown sugar and orange juice. Simmer and stir until smooth. Add meat balls and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
