Cake Ingredients:
1 Box Gluten Free Graham Crackers
2 Small Boxes of Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 ½ Cups Milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Mix together vanilla pudding, milk and cool whip
Icing Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons of Soft Margarine
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons of Karo Syrup
2 Tablespoons of Oil
6 Tablespoons of Coco
1 ½ Cups of Powdered Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Milk
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan put the following:
1 layer of graham crackers
1 layer of pudding mixture
1 layer of graham crackers
1 layer of pudding mixture
1 layer of graham crackers
Refrigerate 1 hour before icing.
Best if made the night before it is served.
