Crust:
2 cups crushed gluten free pretzels
3/4 cup melted butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
Crust: Mix and bake at 400 for 8 minutes. Need to bake in a 9x13 dish.
Middle Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
1 cup sour cream
Middle layer: Mix cream cheese (softened) and sugar. Fold in sour cream and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Topping:
1 6 oz. strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Topping: Mix Jello with water. Stir in strawberries. Chill until syrupy. Pour over cheese mixture.
Refrigerate and allow to set for several hours prior to serving.
