1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can black beans
1 32 ounce can diced tomatos
1 package of chili seasoning
Chop the onion, brown the ground beef and onion together. Open the cans of corn, beans, and diced tomatos then mix them with the ground beef. Add the chili seasoning. Allow this mixture to simmer for about 45 minutes. Serve over prepared rice or noodles.
