1 1/2 cups water (105-115 degrees F)
1 TBSP Yeast
3 TBSP sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp salt
3 TBSP butter
1/2 tsp oregano
2 TBSP parsley
5 cups flour
Olive oil (must be olive oil)
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in water - let sit
Mix next 6 ingredients vigorously (melt butter in the milk first, 45 seconds in microwave) Then mix in the yeast mixture.
Add the flour one cup at a time and mix well.
Knead on well floured surface for 10 minutes. Let it rise for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
After spreading out the dough and adding cheese and and toppings, brush edge with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425 until cheese is golden.
