1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 cups heavy cream
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed until smooth.
While the mixture is still mixing, pour in the heavy cream. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl and continue mixing until the cream can hold a stiff peak.
Makes 5 cups.
This frosting so delicious and won't melt at room temperature. It's also good for use as a fruit dip!
