Serves 6
Ingredients
6 cups cooked chicken, chopped
½ cup sour cream
½ cup light mayonnaise
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups red seedless grapes, sliced lengthwise
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup pecans
Gluten free crackers or bread
Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, celery, and grapes. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, fold in pecans. Enjoy with gluten free crackers, if desired.
