1 large lime jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup sugar
1 small can pineapple
18 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Sprinkle in 1/4 cup sugar and beat till light and fluffy. Fold in crushed pineapple (and juice), cottage cheese, and Cool Whip. Mix well and place back in the fridge until thoroughly set.
