2 cups gluten free white rice flour
1 1/4 cups gluten free coconut flour
1 cup dry milk powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar, depending on taste
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. This can be used in all Bisquick recipes found on their box. Great for dumplings, waffles, pancakes, etc.
