3 eggs
1 cup dark corn syrup (Karo)
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup pecan halves
Preheat oven to 375. In medium bowl, whisk eggs well. Then beat in corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt until well blended - reserving 1/4 cup syrup mixture. Arrange pecans in single layer over fillling, then drizzle remaining syrup mixture over nuts. Bake 45 - 50 minutes. Allow to cool.
