2 Cups Authentic Foods Pancake Mix (10oz) ¼ cup of corn oil
½ Cup of Cocoa (70 grams) 2 eggs
15 Tablespoons of Authentic Foods Maple Sugar 1¼ cups of milk
½ Cup of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix. In another bowl, combine all liquid ingredients and blend well. Combine wet and dry mixture and fold together gently until just mixed. Pour or scoop batter into muffin cups. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. To test if muffins are done, insert cake tester or toothpick. If it comes out clean, they are ready. Makes twelve 2.5ounce cupcakes
