1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 peppers (green, red and yellow), sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 pkgs. fajita seasoning – or you can use taco seasoning
Tortillas – flour or corn
Toppings – sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, etc.
Slice peppers and onions. Place them on the bottom of the crock pot.
Put chicken breasts on top of the peppers and onions.
Sprinkle seasoning on the top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4.
Shred the meat and mix together. Serve with tortillas and all the toppings.
