1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Combine chocolate and cream in a micro-wave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 10 seconds, then remove and stir. Repeat this process in 10 second intervals until the chocolate has mostly melted.
There should still be plenty of lumpy chocolate. Simply stir until the sauce is smooth, as the residual heat will finish melting the chocolate. Serve immediately, refrigerating any leftovers.
