2 lbs. ground turkey breast
1 small jar roasted red peppers
1/2 - 3/4 cup dried gluten free bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. gluten free Worcestershire sauce (Lea and Perrins is gluten free)
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
Divide into 5 equal portions and form patties.
Coat grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray.
Grill or broil until nicely browned on both sides and cooked through, about 7 minutes per side.
