2 pans of rolls - (homemade yeast dinner rolls or Sister Schubert's or Hawaiian King rolls)
1 pkg of thin slices deli ham (I used Black Forest ham)
1 pkg Swiss sliced cheese
Mayo (optional)
1 stick of butter melted
2 Tbs Mustard
1 Tbs poppy seed
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp chopped finely onion or onion flakes
Cut rolls in half lengthwise on bottom half layer ham and small slice of Swiss cheese. On top half spread a very light layer of mayo. Put tops back on, making small sandwiches.
Melt butter and add mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and onion, mix well together.
Pour mixture over top of sandwiches.
(You can wrap these in foil and bake the next day if you'd like or freeze and bake later)
Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 mins until rolls are browned, meat is hot, and cheese is melted.
