1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 splashes vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
3 Tbsp. gluten-free flour blend
2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions:
Melt butter in the mug.
Add sugars, vanilla and salt. Mix well with a spoon.
Add egg yolk and mix well.
Mix in flour then fold in chocolate chips.
Cook in a microwave for 40-50 seconds.
Serve warm and enjoy!
