Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
½ c. Spike’s Santa Fe Black Bean & Corn Salsa
1 egg
½ c. Kinnikinnick Foods Bread Crumbs
1 jar Spike’s Santa Fe Salsa Con Queso, for dipping
Directions
Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and salsa in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 1 ¼-inch meatballs. Arrange meatballs in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with warmed Spike’s Santa Fe Salsa Con Queso and remaining Salsa for dipping.
