Ingredients:
1 & 3/4 C powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites (DO NOT WHIP/BEAT)
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix together sugar, cocoa, corn starch & salt
Gradually add egg whites, stirring with a spoon until mixture forms a dough.
Mixture needs to be thick enough to form into balls. If not, add more powdered sugar & cocoa. Add nuts and mix well Bake 16-19 min. Makes 15 cookies.
