Boneless pork chops (this recipe is for 4-6 chops)
white rice flour
egg
1 can of Progresso Creamy Mushroom Soup
1 box of GF beef broth (4 cups) or 2 or 3 cups of milk - depends on how much gravy you want.
Fresh sliced mushrooms, optional
Dip pork chop in egg and then dip in white rice flour. Brown in skillet with 3 or 4 tbsp. of olive oil on medium heat. While pork chops are browning in skillet, pour soup into a bowl and then add the beef broth or milk. When the chops are browned, whisk together the soup mixture and pour on top of the browned chops. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Turn heat down to a gentle simmer and cover with lid. Allow to simmer for a minimum of an hour. Serve with rice or noodles.
