Ingredients:
1lb Stew beef
4 Red Potatoes
4 Carrots
2 stalks of Celery
1 Large Onion
14.5 oz can of Whole Kernel Corn or same amount of frozen corn
28 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and place in bottom of crock pot.
Brown stew beef, drain juices then add beef to crock pot.
Add can of corn and diced tomatoes (including juices) into crock pot.
Add soy sauce and black pepper to crock pot.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
