1 8oz package Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Grand Shells
Cook the shells according to package instructions. While they are cooking, you can make the filling.
Filling:
1 egg
1 container of Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (amount doesn't have to be exact)
2 tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste
After draining the shells, pour some sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 dish so that the shells won't stick while baking. Fill shells with cheese, somewhat sparingly at first to ensure that you have enough filling for the amount of shells. If you have spare cheese, you can go back and put more in the shells.
Cover with the rest of the sauce and you can sprinkle some mozzarella on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
