Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 Tbap. smoked paprika
1/8 cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Few cracks of fresh pepper
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
After rinsing and draining garbanzo beans, add to the next six ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Preheat medium sized pan over medium high heat with olive oil. Add beans to the oil and cook for 5-7 minutes or until beans are slightly crunchy, stirring often.
