1 cup wild, or regular, rice, uncooked
1 can gluten free cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 large chicken fryer, boiled and boned
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1 tsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
More liquid can be added
Directions:
Place boned chicken on top of rice in greased casserole. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake in a 400 oven for 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
