Ingredients:
Green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 stalks of celery, sliced
6 or 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 pounds of ground beer or ground turkey
3 jars of spaghetti sauce
egg noodles
Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
In a large deep pan (like a dutch oven) brown a pound of ground beef with onion, green pepper, chopped celery and sliced mushrooms.
Drain the browned ground beef mixture.
Add jars of your favorite canned pasta sauce to the ground beef mixture and simmer for 1 hour.
Cook a small bag of egg noodles per the directions on the package.
Drain and rinse the pasta
Combine pasta and ground beef / sauce mixture in a 9x13 baking dish
Top with shreaded Mozerella Cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
